Coffee Macarons Recipe
These Coffee Macarons are the ideal treat for coffee enthusiasts. The delicate almond cookie shell has an instant coffee flavor and is filled with a rich Coffee Buttercream Frosting.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius).
- Two baking sheets should be lined with parchment paper.
- Sift together the powdered sugar, almond flour, and instant coffee in a medium mixing bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites until foamy.
- To the egg whites, add the granulated sugar, salt, cream of tartar, and vanilla extract.
- Form stiff peaks with an electric mixer.
- Fold in the dry ingredients until the batter is smooth and glossy.
- Fill a piping bag fitted with a round tip with the batter.
- Pipe small circles of batter onto the prepared baking sheets.
- To remove any air bubbles, tap the baking sheets on the counter.
- Allow the macarons to form a skin at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the edges are firm and the macarons can be easily lifted from the parchment paper.
- Allow the macarons to completely cool on the baking sheets.
- Once the macarons have cooled, spread half of them with Coffee Buttercream Frosting.
- To make a sandwich, place one frosted macaron on top of another.
- Refrigerate the macarons in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
