These delectable macarons feature a cookies and cream twist that will satisfy any sweet tooth. The almond flour, white chocolate, and crushed Oreos combine to create a delightful texture and flavor.

  • Prep Time: 45 minutes
  • Cook Time: 15 minutes
  • Total Time: 1 hour

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and powdered sugar.
  • Mix in 50g of egg whites until it forms a paste with the dry mixture.
  • Separately, whisk the remaining 50g egg whites until frothy.
  • Whisk in the granulated sugar and black food coloring until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold the meringue into the almond paste mixture until the batter is smooth.
  • Fill a piping bag halfway with batter and pipe onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Allow the macarons to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes, or until a skin forms on top.
  • Allow to cool after baking for 15 minutes.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips.
  • Dip the macarons in the melted white chocolate and top with crushed Oreos.
  • Before serving, allow the macarons to set.
