Mango Hazelnut Macarons Recipe

These mango hazelnut macarons have the perfect combination of fruity and nutty flavors. The mango puree adds a sweet and tropical flavor to the macarons, while the chopped hazelnuts add a crunchy texture.

  • Prep Time: 40 minutes
  • Cook Time: 20 minutes
  • Total Time: 1 hour

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius).
  • Using parchment paper, line a baking sheet.
  • Sift together the powdered sugar and almond flour in a mixing bowl.
  • Separately, whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • Gradually fold in the granulated sugar and continue to beat until the mixture is glossy and stiff peaks form.
  • Fold the egg white mixture into the powdered sugar and almond flour mixture.
  • Continue folding in the mango puree until the batter is smooth.
  • Fill a piping bag halfway with batter and pipe it onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • On top of the macarons, sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.
  • Allow the macarons to rest for 30 minutes, or until a skin forms on top.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the macarons are set and a light golden color.
  • Allow the macarons to cool completely on the baking sheet before removing them.
